The Minnesota Evaluation Studies Institute (MESI) website was designed to be an evaluation portal to help you find resources for evaluation assistance, customized training, and evaluation research. We know there are many evaluation consulting and training needs in our community, and we also know that it isn’t always easy to find and access evaluation expertise that fits your need.
